Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kirk Williams brings over 45 years of expertise in the plumbing and construction field to his role as CEO of KCB Solutions Group LLC. His career began in a small plumbing business, where he honed his technical skills and craftsmanship, before advancing to serve as the Master Plumber for the largest cooperative housing complex in the United States.
In his leadership at KCB Solutions Group, Kirk leverages his decades of industry experience to oversee large-scale renovations, restorations, and development projects with precision and excellence. His ability to combine technical mastery with executive oversight ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and long-term value. Kirk’s reputation for integrity and skill anchors the company’s commitment to building strong communities through quality real estate solutions.
Cheryl Williams
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Cheryl Williams is the Chief Operating Officer of KCB Solutions Group LLC and a highly respected leader in both real estate and ministry. As a licensed Realtor in New York City and President of the Bronx Realtist Professionals, a local board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Cheryl has built a career centered on empowering families to achieve homeownership and generational wealth.
In her role as COO, Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations of KCB Solutions Group LLC, managing compliance, systems, and workflow across the company’s divisions in flipping, restorations, property management, and development. Her sharp operational insight ensures projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s mission of excellence.
Beyond business, Cheryl is also an Ordained Pastor and Overseer, leading Wells of Salvation Christian Center. Her ministry and marketplace leadership are both grounded in the same principles: vision, integrity, and service to others. By combining her passion for real estate, her gift for organization, and her commitment to community empowerment, Cheryl ensures that KCB Solutions Group not only builds properties but also transforms lives.
Brittany Williams
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Brittany Williams serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of KCB Solutions Group LLC, bringing creativity, strategy, and a strong communication background to the leadership team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s degree in Creative Writing, credentials that sharpen her ability to craft compelling stories, develop strong branding, and connect with diverse audiences.
With a passion for building both community and business identity, Brittany leads the company’s marketing, branding, and client engagement strategies. Her innovative approach ensures that KCB Solutions Group LLC’s projects attract the right investors, buyers, and partners, while highlighting the company’s mission of excellence in flipping, restorations, property management, and development.
